All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Should there be any significant delay, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly stated on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Mayfair Mist is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy – Mayfair Mist

 At Mayfair Mist, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns

   You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

   To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

   The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

 

Exchanges

   We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective or damaged items

   If you received a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

Return Shipping

Refunds
